Remember how my grandfather was dying? Yep, he's still dying. They say he's "comfortable" (which is hospice speak for 'really hopped up on medication and no longer eating or drinking'), and he could go at any time. He fell and hit his head yesterday, and everyone thought that would be the end, but nope, he's still kicking!

I joined a new website yesterday called Spark People. It's another weight loss website, but it looks pretty cool! They've got me on a long term plan. My only goals for the first two weeks are:
- get 10 minutes of cardio exersize a day (walking counts!!)
-talk to someone about my plan (that would be my mom)
-eat a high fiber/protien breakfast.
